  1. 1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the lemon thoroughly, zest about 1 teaspoon, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the garlic with the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Rinse the chicken thighs and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Coat them in the lemon marinade and set aside to marinate (ideally for 2–3 hours, but at least 10 minutes).
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan). Remove the chicken from the marinade, place it in a baking dish, and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. After cooking, take the chicken out, let it cool slightly, and serve. Enjoy your meal! Tip: This goes well with [recipeLink=150342].
