  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Slice the ciabatta into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake them for about 5 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile, toast the coconut flakes without fat in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. 2. Halve and peel the shallots, then chop them finely. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the pit and dice it small. Wash the basil, shake it dry and cut it into thin strips. Mix everything in a bowl with the coconut flakes.
  3. 3. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat them dry and cut them into thin pieces. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces from both sides for about 3 minutes until crispy, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the chicken nuggets on the ciabatta bread and garnish with the mango tartare. Enjoy your meal!
