  2. 2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped garlic to the hot oil and roast it for about two minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato paste and fry it for one minute.
  5. 5. Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  6. 6. Let the sauce simmer for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  8. 8. Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Lightly salt the fillets.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a large pan over high heat.
  11. 11. Sear the chicken fillets for about two minutes on all sides.
  12. 12. Place the seared fillets in a baking dish.
  13. 13. Leave the pan with the cooking residues uncleaned.
  14. 14. Dry the mozzarella with a cloth.
  15. 15. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
  16. 16. Wash the thyme sprigs and shake them dry.
  17. 17. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
  18. 18. Chop the thyme leaves finely.
  19. 19. Stir half of the chopped thyme leaves into the tomato sauce.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  21. 21. Pour the sauce evenly over the fillets in the baking dish.
  22. 22. Place the mozzarella slices on top of the fillets.
  23. 23. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the fillets for about ten to fifteen minutes.
  24. 24. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in the pan with the cooking residues over high heat.
  25. 25. Add the gnocchi to the hot pan.
  26. 26. Fry the gnocchi for about five minutes until golden brown, turning them occasionally.
  27. 27. Lightly salt the gnocchi.
  28. 28. Add a piece of butter and the remaining thyme to the gnocchi.
  29. 29. Toss the pan well to combine everything.
