  4. 4. Pour the ground parmesan into a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Add the onion and garlic to the mixing container.
  8. 8. Insert the measuring cup again.
  9. 9. Chop the onion and garlic for 8 seconds on speed 6.
  10. 10. Push the ingredients down from the sides using a spatula.
  11. 11. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water.
  12. 12. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Cut the chicken meat into approx. 3 cm pieces.
  14. 14. Add the olive oil to the mixing container.
  15. 15. Add the bacon strips.

  36. 36. Gently fold in the pasta and mushrooms using the spatula.

  38. 38. Cook the pasta according to package instructions plus 2 minutes on speed 1 at 100 °C with counter-clockwise rotation.
  39. 39. Season the sauce with salt and pepper before serving.
  40. 40. Stir the sauce gently with the spatula.
  41. 41. Plate the dish on deep plates.
  42. 42. Sprinkle the dish with the prepared parmesan.
  43. 43. Serve the dish hot.
