🍝 Chicken Breast Pasta in Tomato Cream Sauce with Bacon and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Parmesan 50 g
- onions, yellow 80 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- chicken breast fillets 300 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- bacon strips 50 g
- mushrooms, white 150 g
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- chicken broth 400 ml
- tomatoes, pureed 500 g
- whipping cream 200 ml
- tomato paste 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground 0.25 tsp
- sugar 0.25 tsp
- Penne Rigate 350 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the parmesan into the mixing container.
- 2. Insert the measuring cup.
- 3. Grind the parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- 4. Pour the ground parmesan into a separate bowl.
- 5. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Add the onion and garlic to the mixing container.
- 8. Insert the measuring cup again.
- 9. Chop the onion and garlic for 8 seconds on speed 6.
- 10. Push the ingredients down from the sides using a spatula.
- 11. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water.
- 12. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 13. Cut the chicken meat into approx. 3 cm pieces.
- 14. Add the olive oil to the mixing container.
- 15. Add the bacon strips.
- 16. Add the chicken pieces.
- 17. Remove the measuring cup from the mixing container.
- 18. Sauté the mixture for 5 minutes at 110 °C using the sauté function.
- 19. Clean the mushrooms.
- 20. Cut the mushrooms in half or quarters depending on their size.
- 21. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 22. Pat the cherry tomatoes dry.
- 23. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- 24. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the mixing container.
- 25. Add the warm chicken broth.
- 26. Add the pureed tomatoes.
- 27. Add the room-temperature cream.
- 28. Add the tomato paste.
- 29. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 30. Add ¼ teaspoon of pepper.
- 31. Add ¼ teaspoon of sugar.
- 32. Insert the measuring cup.
- 33. Bring the sauce to a boil for 10 minutes on speed 2 at 100 °C with counter-clockwise rotation.
- 34. Add the penne pasta.
- 35. Add the mushrooms.
- 36. Gently fold in the pasta and mushrooms using the spatula.
- 37. Remove the measuring cup.
- 38. Cook the pasta according to package instructions plus 2 minutes on speed 1 at 100 °C with counter-clockwise rotation.
- 39. Season the sauce with salt and pepper before serving.
- 40. Stir the sauce gently with the spatula.
- 41. Plate the dish on deep plates.
- 42. Sprinkle the dish with the prepared parmesan.
- 43. Serve the dish hot.
