  1. 1. Chop the peanuts finely. Halve the onions, peel them, and dice them finely. In a pot, bring about 700 ml of salted water to a boil and cook the rice over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat and sauté the onions for about 2 minutes. Add the peanuts and season with chili, paprika, cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Then stir in the tomatoes and let simmer.
  3. 3. Rinse the chicken, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into cubes. Lightly salt it and add it to the sauce. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the coriander, shake it dry, and remove the thick stems. Taste the sauce and serve the chicken in spicy tomato sauce with rice and coriander. Enjoy your meal!
