  4. 4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. In a baking dish, mix half of the lime juice, the lime zest, soy sauce, chili, and one tablespoon of honey.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken breast fillets.
  7. 7. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Cut the fillets into thirds.
  9. 9. Place the chicken pieces into the marinade.
  10. 10. Cook the chicken in the oven for about 17 minutes.
  11. 11. Roughly chop the cashew nuts.
  12. 12. Set the cashews aside.
  13. 13. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Cut the mushrooms into quarters or sixths, depending on their size.
  15. 15. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  16. 16. Fry the mushrooms and cashews together for about 3 minutes.
  17. 17. Take the chicken out of the oven.
  18. 18. Add the chicken to the mushroom mixture.
