  6. 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  7. 7. Shake the spring onions dry.
  8. 8. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Wash the mint thoroughly.
  10. 10. Shake the mint dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
  12. 12. Chop the mint leaves coarsely.
  13. 13. Squeeze the limes.
  14. 14. Pour the lime juice into a tall container.
  15. 15. Add the olive oil to the tall container.
  16. 16. Add the chopped mint to the tall container.
