🍽️ Grilled Chicken Wing Skewers with Zucchini Noodles and Mint Dip

Ingredients
- dried bay leaves 5 pcs
- seasoned chicken wings 900 g
- spring onions 2 pcs
- fresh mint 15 g
- organic limes 2 pcs
- olive oil 50 ml
- sea salt pinch
- zucchini 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Place bay leaves in a small bowl.
- 2. Cover the bay leaves with water.
- 3. Let the leaves soak for ten minutes.
- 4. Get the chicken wings ready.
- 5. Thread the chicken wings onto the skewers, alternating with the bay leaves.
- 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 7. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 8. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 9. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 10. Shake the mint dry.
- 11. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 12. Chop the mint leaves coarsely.
- 13. Squeeze the limes.
- 14. Pour the lime juice into a tall container.
- 15. Add the olive oil to the tall container.
- 16. Add the chopped mint to the tall container.
- 17. Add the spring onions to the tall container.
- 18. Add salt to the tall container.
- 19. Blend the mixture in the tall container.
- 20. Wash the zucchini.
- 21. Peel the zucchini into long, thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- 22. Stack the zucchini slices on top of each other.
- 23. Cut the stacked zucchini slices into thin strips.
- 24. Place the skewers on the grill.
- 25. Grill the chicken skewers for about ten minutes.
- 26. Grill the skewers until they are crispy.
- 27. Toss the zucchini noodles with the mint dip.
- 28. Serve the zucchini noodles together with the chicken wings.
