  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water.
  3. 3. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  4. 4. Place the chicken thighs in a bowl.
  5. 5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, chicken seasoning salt, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
  6. 6. Mix everything well so the meat is evenly coated.
  7. 7. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  8. 8. Cut the potatoes into quarters or eighths depending on their size.
  9. 9. Bring the potato pieces to a boil in a large pot with salted water.
  10. 10. Cook the potatoes covered for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
  11. 11. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
  12. 12. Bake the chicken thighs for about 25 minutes in the oven.
  13. 13. Rinse the chives and dill under cold water.
  14. 14. Shake the herbs dry.
  15. 15. Cut the chives into thin rings about 2 millimeters thick.
  16. 16. Finely chop the dill.
  17. 17. Add quark, dill, and chives to the bowl previously used.
  18. 18. Season the quark mixture with salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika.
  19. 19. Mix the ingredients for the quark well together.
  20. 20. Rinse the cucumber under running water.
  21. 21. Peel the cucumber according to your preference.
  22. 22. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into four parts.
  23. 23. Remove the seeds from the cucumber quarters.
  24. 24. Halve the seeded cucumber pieces lengthwise.
  25. 25. Cut the cucumber halves into three equal lengths.
  26. 26. Place the finished cucumber sticks into shallow glasses or small bowls.
  27. 27. Drain the cooked potatoes using a lid.
  28. 28. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  29. 29. Fry the potatoes together with 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of salt for about 3 minutes.
  30. 30. Take the chicken thighs out of the oven.
  31. 31. Plate the chicken thighs.
  32. 32. Serve the chicken thighs with the honey potatoes and chive quark.
  33. 33. Serve the cucumber sticks on the side.
