Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pcs
- Arugula 20 g
- Chicken breast deli meat 200 g
- Sandwich toast 8 slices
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, scoop the flesh out with a spoon and slice it thinly. Wash the arugula and shake off excess water. Tear the chicken breast slices into rough pieces.
- 2. Top half of the bread slices with arugula, chicken breast pieces, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper, then place the remaining bread slices on top. Cut diagonally and serve.
