  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Toast the sesame seeds in a hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan and let them cool on a plate.
  4. 4. Fill a pot with 5 liters of water and add salt.
  5. 5. Bring the salted water to a boil.
  6. 6. Rinse the broccoli under running water.
  7. 7. Break the broccoli into very small florets.
  8. 8. Boil the broccoli florets in the boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the broccoli from the water using a slotted spoon.
  10. 10. Let the broccoli drain in a colander.
  11. 11. Bring the salted water in the pot back to a boil.
  12. 12. Rinse the lime under running water.
  13. 13. Cut the lime in half.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  15. 15. Take a bowl and add the cooled sesame seeds.
  16. 16. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the sesame mixture.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with a little salt.
  18. 18. Add honey to the sesame mixture.
  19. 19. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  20. 20. Rinse the chicken under running water.
  21. 21. Pat the chicken dry with kitchen paper.
  22. 22. Cut the chicken into strips about 0.4 cm thick.
  23. 23. Do not cut the meat completely through, but only deep into it.
  24. 24. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the hot pan.
  25. 25. Heat the oil at high temperature.
  26. 26. Salt the chicken breast.
  27. 27. Fry the chicken breast on all sides.
  28. 28. Fry the meat for about 4 minutes until golden brown.

  49. 49. Shake the coriander dry.
  50. 50. Remove coarse stems from the coriander.
  51. 51. Chop the coriander finely.
  52. 52. Save about 100 milliliters of pasta cooking water in a cup.
  53. 53. Drain the cooked spaghetti in a colander.
  54. 54. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the vegetables.
  55. 55. Mix the pasta thoroughly with the vegetables.
  56. 56. Add some of the saved cooking water if the pasta seems too dry.
  57. 57. Add the remaining lime juice to the pasta.
  58. 58. Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
  59. 59. Taste the pasta and adjust seasoning if needed.
  60. 60. Serve the pasta on plates.
  61. 61. Place the sesame chicken next to the pasta.
  62. 62. Garnish the dish with the fresh coriander.
