🍽️ Chicken Skewers with Lime and Coriander

Ingredients
- coriander, fresh 30 g
- sunflower oil 8 tbsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- organic limes 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the coriander leaves under running water.
- 2. Dry the coriander leaves with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
- 4. Place the chopped coriander leaves into a bowl.
- 5. Add oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the coriander.
- 6. Mix the coriander mixture well with a spoon.
- 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
- 8. Dry the chicken breast fillets with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes.
- 10. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl with the coriander marinade.
- 11. Mix the chicken pieces well with the marinade.
- 12. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the refrigerator.
- 13. Let the chicken pieces marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 14. Rinse the limes under hot water.
- 15. Cut the limes into eighths.
- 16. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of water.
- 17. Let the wooden skewers soak in the water for a few minutes.
- 18. Take the marinated chicken pieces out of the refrigerator.
- 19. Let the marinade drain off the chicken pieces.
- 20. Catch the drained marinade in a container.
- 21. Thread chicken pieces and lime pieces alternately onto the skewers.
- 22. Decide between the grilling or pan-frying method.
- 23. If grilling, place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 24. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes from all sides.
- 25. If pan-frying, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
- 26. Heat the oil in the pan over medium to high heat.
- 27. Place the skewers in the hot pan.
- 28. Fry the skewers for about 10 minutes.
- 29. Remove the finished skewers from the grill or pan.
- 30. Serve the skewers immediately while warm.
