  2. 2. Dry the coriander leaves with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Place the chopped coriander leaves into a bowl.
  5. 5. Add oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the coriander.
  6. 6. Mix the coriander mixture well with a spoon.
  7. 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
  8. 8. Dry the chicken breast fillets with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes.
  10. 10. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl with the coriander marinade.
  11. 11. Mix the chicken pieces well with the marinade.
  12. 12. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the refrigerator.
  13. 13. Let the chicken pieces marinate for at least 1 hour.
  14. 14. Rinse the limes under hot water.
  15. 15. Cut the limes into eighths.
  16. 16. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of water.
  17. 17. Let the wooden skewers soak in the water for a few minutes.
  18. 18. Take the marinated chicken pieces out of the refrigerator.
  19. 19. Let the marinade drain off the chicken pieces.
  20. 20. Catch the drained marinade in a container.
  21. 21. Thread chicken pieces and lime pieces alternately onto the skewers.
