  9. 9. Shake the parsley dry.
  10. 10. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
  11. 11. Chop the parsley finely.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
  13. 13. Brown the minced meat for about 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Add the carrots and onions to the meat.
  15. 15. Sauté the vegetables for another 4 minutes.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with salt.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with pepper.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with marjoram.
  19. 19. Slice the loaf of bread horizontally through the middle.
  20. 20. Hollow out the inside of the bread.
  21. 21. Place the eggs in a bowl.
  22. 22. Add the wine to the bowl.

  29. 29. Place the filled bread halves in the oven.
  30. 30. Bake the casseroles for about 15 to 20 minutes.
