  13. 13. Dice the onion into small cubes.
  14. 14. Peel the garlic.
  15. 15. Finely chop the garlic.
  16. 16. Wash the dill.
  17. 17. Dry the dill with a cloth.
  18. 18. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
  19. 19. Chop the dill.
  20. 20. Let the beetroot drain.
  21. 21. Cut the beetroot into cubes.
