  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). Wash the potatoes thoroughly and halve them. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp oil as well as salt and pepper and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel the kohlrabi, remove woody parts and dice it. Wash the dill, shake it dry, remove the thick stems and chop it finely. Halve the shallot, peel it and dice it small.
  3. 3. Combine the minced meat with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and the egg in a bowl. Form balls from the mixture with a diameter of about 4 cm, place them on the baking sheet with the potatoes and bake them for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the shallot in it for about 1 minute until translucent. Add the kohlrabi and fry it for approx. 2 minutes. Then deglaze with cream and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  5. 5. In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, drizzle the potatoes with honey and finish baking. Add the dill to the kohlrabi and season everything with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Take the honey potatoes and meatballs out of the oven and serve them together with the kohlrabi in dill cream sauce. Enjoy your meal!
