  7. 7. Place the kohlrabi sticks into a bowl.
  8. 8. Add two tablespoons of oil.
  9. 9. Add two pinches of salt.
  10. 10. Add two pinches of pepper.
  11. 11. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
  12. 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  13. 13. Spread the kohlrabi sticks evenly on the tray.

  15. 15. Bake the kohlrabi fries for about 35 minutes.
