Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Green beans 600 g
- Onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Parsley, fresh 50 g
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Feta 200 g
- Pork mince 600 g
- Eggs 1 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs 100 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sweet paprika pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vegetable broth 100 ml
- Sugar pinch
- Baguette 1 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with about 2 liters of water and add salt.
- 2. Wash the beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
- 3. Bring the salted water to a boil.
- 4. Add the beans to the boiling water and cook them for about 6 minutes until al dente.
- 5. Drain the beans in a colander.
- 6. Halve the onions and peel them.
- 7. Dice the onions finely.
- 8. Peel the garlic.
- 9. Chop the garlic finely.
- 10. Wash the parsley and dry it.
- 11. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 12. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 13. Rinse the tomatoes.
- 14. Crumble the feta into large pieces.
- 15. Take a bowl and add the ground meat.
- 16. Add the egg to the meat mixture.
- 17. Add the breadcrumbs.
- 18. Add the chopped garlic to the mixture.
- 19. Add half of the diced onions.
- 20. Add half of the chopped parsley.
- 21. Season the mixture with salt.
- 22. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 23. Season the mixture with paprika.
- 24. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 25. Form the meat mixture into balls with a diameter of about 3 cm.
- 26. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
- 27. Fry the meatballs for about 3 minutes.
- 28. Add the remaining onions to the pan.
- 29. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- 30. Add the beans to the pan.
- 31. Cook the ingredients for another 2 minutes.
- 32. Deglaze the pan with vegetable broth.
- 33. Cover the pan.
- 34. Let the dish simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 35. Season everything with salt.
- 36. Season everything with pepper.
- 37. Season everything with sugar.
- 38. Stir in the feta.
- 39. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining parsley.
- 40. Serve the dish with baguette.
