  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Pat the feta dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the minced meat, breadcrumbs, thyme, egg, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients into a uniform mixture.
  5. 5. Take 100 grams of the feta and crumble it.
  6. 6. Gently fold the feta pieces into the meat mixture.
  7. 7. Shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs.
  8. 8. Place the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Cook the meatballs for 7 minutes.
  11. 11. Carefully turn the meatballs over.
  12. 12. Continue cooking at 160 degrees Celsius for another 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
  14. 14. Shake the herbs dry.
  15. 15. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
  16. 16. Set aside a few nice herb sprigs for decoration.
  17. 17. Finely chop the rest of the herbs.
  18. 18. Crumble the remaining feta.
  19. 19. Place the yogurt, chopped herbs, and feta in a small bowl.
  20. 20. Season the dip with some pepper.
  21. 21. Stir the dip ingredients well.
  22. 22. Serve the finished meatballs with the herb dip.
  23. 23. Garnish the dish with the reserved herb sprigs.
  24. 24. Serve the dish with flatbread.
