  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stem and seeds, and dice the flesh.
  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the lemon under hot water.
  5. 5. Finely grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
  7. 7. Fry the minced meat for about five minutes until it breaks into crumbles.
  8. 8. Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, oregano, and the lemon zest.
  9. 9. Add the onions, garlic, and tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cook the vegetables with the meat for another five minutes.
  11. 11. Let the meat mixture cool down briefly.
  12. 12. Drain the feta cheese and cut it into cubes.
  13. 13. Drain the olives and chop them roughly.
  14. 14. Set aside half of the feta cheese.
  15. 15. Mix the remaining meat mixture with the remaining feta cubes and the olives.

  17. 17. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, pepper, and a pinch of salt together in a separate bowl.
  18. 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  19. 19. Line the bottom of a 28-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  20. 20. Grease the sides of the pan with butter.
  21. 21. Roll out the puff pastry slightly into a round shape.
  22. 22. Place the dough in the pan and form a border about five centimeters high.

  25. 25. Sprinkle the remaining feta cheese over the pie.
