  2. 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots.
  4. 4. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Cut the onion in half.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Dice the onion finely.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic cloves.
  10. 10. Mince the garlic finely.
  11. 11. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  12. 12. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  13. 13. Fry the carrot slices for about five minutes.
  14. 14. Season the carrots with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Add the honey to the carrots.
  16. 16. Caramelize the honey for about one minute.
  17. 17. Deglaze the pan with orange juice.
  18. 18. Let the mixture simmer for about two minutes.
  19. 19. Transfer the carrots into a baking dish.
  20. 20. Wipe the frying pan clean briefly.
  21. 21. Heat two tablespoons of oil in the pan over high heat.

  28. 28. Add the crème fraîche and the milk.
  29. 29. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  30. 30. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  31. 31. Pour the sauce over the minced meat.
  32. 32. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese.
  33. 33. Bake the casserole for about twenty minutes in the oven.
  34. 34. Plate the casserole on dishes.
  35. 35. Serve the dish.
