🍽️ Fresh Dill Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 10 g
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- brown sugar pinch
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Dice the onion very finely.
- 3. Wash the dill thoroughly and shake off excess water.
- 4. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
- 5. Finely chop the dill leaves.
- 6. Wash the cucumber under running water.
- 7. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 8. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise into long strips.
- 9. Cut the cucumber strips into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 10. Take a large bowl and add two tablespoons of vinegar.
- 11. Add half of the finely chopped dill to the bowl.
- 12. Add the finely diced onions to the bowl.
- 13. Add one teaspoon of mustard to the bowl.
- 14. Add half a teaspoon of raw cane sugar to the bowl.
- 15. Add half a teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
- 16. Add a pinch of pepper to the bowl.
- 17. Add three tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.
- 18. Stir all ingredients in the bowl well until a homogeneous sauce forms.
- 19. Add the cut cucumber pieces to the bowl with the sauce.
- 20. Gently fold the cucumbers in until they are completely coated with the sauce.
- 21. Place the salad on a plate.
- 22. Sprinkle the finished salad with the remaining dill.
- 23. Serve the salad immediately and enjoy!
