🥤 Refreshing Cucumber Lime Lemonade with Mint

Ingredients
- Courgettes 1 pc.
- Organic Limes 3 pc.
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Water with carbonation 1 L
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Crushed Ice 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut off the ends.
- 2. Cut the cucumber into small cubes of about one centimeter in size.
- 3. Wash the limes and peel the skin into four thin spirals using a vegetable peeler.
- 4. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 7. Place the cucumber cubes, six tablespoons of lime juice, the mint leaves, and 100 milliliters of cold water into a tall container.
- 8. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 9. Place a clean kitchen towel in a bowl.
- 10. Pour the puree into the towel and shape it into a pouch.
- 11. Squeeze the pouch so that the juice flows into the bowl.
- 12. Add sugar to the juice and stir until it has completely dissolved.
- 13. Carefully mix the juice mixture with sparkling water.
- 14. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
- 15. Fill two tablespoons of crushed ice into each of four glasses.
- 16. Fill the glasses with the lemonade.
- 17. Garnish the drinks with mint, cucumber slices, and lime peel as desired.
- 18. Serve the lemonade immediately and cheers!
