  1. 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the ends.
  2. 2. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
  3. 3. Cut the cucumber halves into small pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Pluck the leaves from half of the mint sprigs.
  7. 7. Save the remaining mint sprigs for later.
  8. 8. Wash the limes and cut them in half.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the limes.
  10. 10. Put the cucumber pieces, ginger, mint, honey, lime juice, and 200 milliliters of water into a blender.
  11. 11. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  12. 12. Season the liquid with a little salt.
  13. 13. Pour the liquid through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  14. 14. Gently press the remaining solids in the sieve to extract the juice.
  15. 15. Wash the mini cucumbers and remove the ends.
  16. 16. Slice the mini cucumbers into thin rounds.
  17. 17. Fill glasses with ice cubes and the cucumber slices.
  18. 18. Pour the prepared lemonade liquid over the ice.
  19. 19. Top up the drink with cold mineral water.
  20. 20. Garnish the lemonade with the remaining mint sprigs.
  21. 21. Serve the lemonade immediately while cold.
