🥤 Fresh Cucumber Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
- courgettes 2 pcs.
- ginger, fresh 15 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- organic limes 3 pcs.
- honey 100 g
- salt pinch
- mini cucumbers 1 pcs.
- ice cubes 8 pcs.
- mineral water, classic 1 L
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the ends.
- 2. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Cut the cucumber halves into small pieces.
- 4. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
- 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck the leaves from half of the mint sprigs.
- 7. Save the remaining mint sprigs for later.
- 8. Wash the limes and cut them in half.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the limes.
- 10. Put the cucumber pieces, ginger, mint, honey, lime juice, and 200 milliliters of water into a blender.
- 11. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 12. Season the liquid with a little salt.
- 13. Pour the liquid through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- 14. Gently press the remaining solids in the sieve to extract the juice.
- 15. Wash the mini cucumbers and remove the ends.
- 16. Slice the mini cucumbers into thin rounds.
- 17. Fill glasses with ice cubes and the cucumber slices.
- 18. Pour the prepared lemonade liquid over the ice.
- 19. Top up the drink with cold mineral water.
- 20. Garnish the lemonade with the remaining mint sprigs.
- 21. Serve the lemonade immediately while cold.
