  5. 5. Thoroughly wash the limes under running water.
  6. 6. Cut the limes in half.
  7. 7. Squeeze the lime juice directly into the bowl with the avocado flesh.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
  9. 9. Mash the avocado roughly using a potato masher or a fork.
  10. 10. Taste the guacamole again and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Transfer the guacamole into a rectangular dish, such as a baking dish.
  12. 12. Smooth the surface of the guacamole with a spoon or spatula.
  13. 13. Stir the sour cream in the container until smooth and free of lumps.
  14. 14. Fill the sour cream into a piping bag.
  15. 15. Pipe the sour cream from the bag to draw the white lines of a football field onto the guacamole.
  16. 16. Serve the finished stadium guacamole together with tortilla chips.
