Ingredients
- Avocado 6 pcs.
- Organic Limes 2 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, white ground pinch
- Sour Cream 200 g
- Tortilla Chips 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the avocados in half.
- 2. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 3. Gently scoop the flesh out of the shells with a spoon.
- 4. Place the avocado flesh into a large bowl.
- 5. Thoroughly wash the limes under running water.
- 6. Cut the limes in half.
- 7. Squeeze the lime juice directly into the bowl with the avocado flesh.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
- 9. Mash the avocado roughly using a potato masher or a fork.
- 10. Taste the guacamole again and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 11. Transfer the guacamole into a rectangular dish, such as a baking dish.
- 12. Smooth the surface of the guacamole with a spoon or spatula.
- 13. Stir the sour cream in the container until smooth and free of lumps.
- 14. Fill the sour cream into a piping bag.
- 15. Pipe the sour cream from the bag to draw the white lines of a football field onto the guacamole.
- 16. Serve the finished stadium guacamole together with tortilla chips.
