🍽️ Fresh Guacamole with Tomatoes and Peppers

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- vine tomatoes 150 g
- pepper mix 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- avocado 2 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chili, ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove. Grate the garlic finely or chop it small.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes under running water. Cut the tomatoes into coarse cubes.
- 4. Wash the peppers. Cut them in half lengthwise. Optionally remove the seeds if you prefer it less spicy. Finely chop the peppers.
- 5. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 6. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the pit.
- 7. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin using a spoon.
- 8. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl. Mash it with a fork until creamy.
- 9. Add the diced onion, garlic, tomatoes, and peppers to the avocado mixture. Mix everything well.
- 10. Add the lime juice. Season the guacamole with salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste.
