- oat flakes, fine 20 g
- milk 200 ml
- applesauce 20 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the oat flakes and milk to a boil and then simmer gently for about 10 minutes until soft.
- 2. Then add the applesauce and blend everything well. Let the milk-grain porridge cool down, transfer it to a bowl, and serve.
