Ingredients
- apples, red 100 g
- oat flakes, fine 20 g
- milk 200 ml
- oil 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Crush the oat flakes in the mixing bowl for 8 seconds at speed 8. Add the apple and crush again for 3 seconds at speed 5. Add the milk and heat for 8 minutes at 100 °C at speed 3.
- 2. Then, puree everything finely with the oil for 20 seconds at speed 8. Let the grain-fruit porridge cool down, then transfer it and serve.
