Ingredients
- oat flakes, coarse 20 g
- water 100 ml
- placeholder 2 100 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the oats and water to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until soft. Meanwhile, peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces.
- 2. Then add the fruit and oil to the oats and blend everything thoroughly. Transfer the grain-fruit mash to another container, let it cool, and then serve.
Note: You can use fruits like apples, bananas, pears, or apricots.
