Ingredients
- potatoes, floury 50 g
- vegetables 100 g
- meat 20 g
- orange juice 3 tbsp
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Wash or peel the chosen vegetables.
- 4. Cut the vegetables into small cubes as well.
- 5. Clean the meat of any impurities.
- 6. Cut the meat into small pieces.
- 7. Pour about 500 milliliters of water into the mixing bowl.
- 8. Place the steaming insert into the pot.
- 9. Add the potato cubes to the steaming insert.
- 10. Add the meat pieces to the steaming insert.
- 11. Add the vegetable cubes to the steaming insert.
- 12. Set the cooking mode to steaming.
- 13. Let everything cook for 25 minutes.
- 14. Check if the ingredients are soft.
- 15. Pour off the cooking liquid from the pot.
- 16. Add some oil to the mixing bowl with the ingredients.
- 17. Add orange juice to the mixing bowl.
- 18. Take 40 milliliters of the remaining cooking liquid.
- 19. Pour the 40 milliliters of cooking liquid into the mixing bowl.
- 20. Puree all ingredients into a fine mass.
- 21. Let the purée cool down.
- 22. Transfer the purée into a serving dish.
- 23. Serve the vegetable-potato-meat purée.
