🍽️ Simple Puree of Vegetables, Potatoes, and Meat

Ingredients
- potatoes, starchy 50 g
- vegetables 100 g
- meat 20 g
- orange juice 3 tbsp
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- 3. Wash or peel the vegetables.
- 4. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- 5. Clean the meat.
- 6. Chop the meat finely.
- 7. Place the potatoes, meat, and vegetables in a pot.
- 8. Add water until everything is covered.
- 9. Bring the water to a boil.
- 10. Cook everything for about 15 minutes until soft.
- 11. Add a little oil and fruit juice.
- 12. Puree the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
- 13. Let the puree cool down.
- 14. Transfer the puree into another container.
- 15. Serve the puree.
