Ingredients
- Meat 600 g
- Vegetables 4 pcs
- Beef broth 1.5 L
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold, running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice the meat into thin pieces.
- 4. Wash the vegetables carefully under running water.
- 5. Peel the vegetables if they have a thick skin.
- 6. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Put the broth in a pot and bring it to a boil.
- 8. Dip the meat and vegetables into the boiling broth.
- 9. Let the ingredients cook for about two to three minutes.
- 10. Remove the cooked pieces from the broth and eat them.
