  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let the mixture rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, mix 70 grams of sugar, 600 grams of flour, a pinch of salt, and 150 grams of diced butter.
  6. 6. Pour the yeast milk and the two eggs into the flour mixture.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  9. 9. Wait until the volume of the dough has approximately doubled.
  10. 10. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to a thickness of about 1.5 centimeters.
  11. 11. Cut circles with a diameter of about 8 centimeters from the dough using a cutter.
  12. 12. Cut out a small circle from the center of each circle to create the donut shape.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a pot for frying.
  14. 14. Test the oil temperature by holding a wooden spoon handle in the oil.
  15. 15. The oil is ready when small bubbles rise around the handle.
  16. 16. Fry the donuts one by one in the hot oil.
  17. 17. Fry them for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden yellow.
  18. 18. Remove the finished donuts from the oil.
  19. 19. Place them on kitchen paper to drain the excess oil.
