🍽️ Homemade Basil Pesto Made Easy

Ingredients
- pine nuts 2 tbsp
- Parmesan 40 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- basil, fresh 50 g
- olive oil 100 ml
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a non-stick pan without oil on medium heat.
- 2. Roast the pine nuts in the pan for about 2 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 3. Cut the Parmesan cheese into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.
- 5. Wash the basil thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
- 7. Place the roasted pine nuts, basil, Parmesan, and garlic into a tall blending cup.
- 8. Pour in the olive oil and blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- 9. Season the pesto to taste with salt.
- 10. Transfer the pesto into a jar or serve it immediately.
