Ingredients
- kale, fresh 300 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
- kiwi 3 pcs.
- apple juice 1 L
Instructions
- 1. Wash the kale thoroughly and spin it dry. Peel the bananas and kiwis, then cut them into rough cubes.
- 2. Blend everything in a tall container with apple juice and serve in glasses.
