Ingredients
- kale, fresh 300 g
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan). Wash the kale, shake it well dry and tear it into coarse pieces. Remove the thick leaf stems.
- 2. Spread the kale on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and mix it with oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Bake it for about 7–12 minutes until crispy. Take the chips out of the oven as soon as the thin tips turn slightly brown. Enjoy your meal!
