🥤 Green Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
- Canned peaches 470 g
- Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Mini romaine lettuce 1 pc.
- Bananas 2 pc.
- Mint, fresh 20 g
- Honey 2 tsp
- Water 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Drain the peaches in a sieve and let them drip. Wash the cucumber, remove the ends, and cut it into rough cubes. Wash the lettuce, trim the stems, and chop it roughly. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
- 2. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them roughly. In a tall container, blend the fruit, vegetables, and herbs using an immersion blender and set aside to chill.
- 3. Taste the smoothie and sweeten with honey as desired, then dilute slightly with cold water if preferred. Pour into glasses and serve.
