🥤 Fresh Green Buttermilk Smoothie

Ingredients
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- basil, fresh 20 g
- buttermilk 800 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cucumber under running water.
- 2. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the inside of the cucumber halves.
- 5. Cut the cucumber flesh into coarse cubes.
- 6. Cut the avocado in half.
- 7. Remove the large pit from the avocado half.
- 8. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 9. Rinse the lime under running water.
- 10. Cut the lime in half.
- 11. Squeeze the juice out of the lime halves.
- 12. Wash the basil leaves under cold water.
- 13. Dry the basil leaves thoroughly.
- 14. Remove the thick, coarse stems from the basil.
- 15. Place the cucumber cubes and avocado flesh into a tall blending cup.
- 16. Add the basil leaves to the blending cup.
- 17. Pour the buttermilk into the blending cup.
- 18. Blend the ingredients until smooth with a blender.
- 19. Add the lime juice to the mixture.
- 20. Season the smoothie with a pinch of salt.
- 21. Season the smoothie with freshly ground pepper.
- 22. Pour the finished smoothie into drinking glasses.
- 23. Serve the smoothie immediately.
