Ingredients
- fennel 1 pc.
- apples, red 2 pc.
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- mango 2 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- water 500 ml
- honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the fennel under running water.
- 2. Cut the fennel into quarters and remove the hard core in the center.
- 3. Break the fennel into rough pieces.
- 4. Also wash the apples thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 6. Remove the core and the stem of the apples.
- 7. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 8. Peel the ginger.
- 9. Finely chop the ginger.
- 10. Rinse the mangoes.
- 11. Peel the mangoes.
- 12. Carefully separate the mango flesh from the pit.
- 13. Cut the mango flesh into cubes.
- 14. Cut the lime in half.
- 15. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 16. Put all the prepared ingredients into a tall blender cup.
- 17. Pour in cold water.
- 18. Blend the mixture with a hand blender or mixer until it is completely smooth.
- 19. Add the lime juice and honey.
- 20. Stir everything well to adjust the flavor.
- 21. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 22. Serve the drink immediately.
