  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Mix oat flakes, agave syrup, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. 3. Stir until all flakes and seeds are evenly coated with the butter and syrup.
  4. 4. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. 5. Bake the granola for about 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Stir the mixture twice during the baking time.
  7. 7. Let the granola cool down completely so that it becomes crispy.
  8. 8. Wash the spinach and spin it dry.
  9. 9. Set aside a few small, nice leaves for decoration.
  10. 10. Put the remaining spinach into a blender.
  11. 11. Wash the apples and the cucumber.
  12. 12. Quarter the apples and remove the cores.
  13. 13. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
  14. 14. Set aside two apple quarters for decoration.
  15. 15. Cut the remaining apple quarters and the cucumber into pieces.
  16. 16. Peel the banana and slice it.
  17. 17. Squeeze the lemon.
  18. 18. Add lemon juice, oat drink, and all prepared ingredients (except the decoration parts) to the spinach in the blender.
  19. 19. Blend everything on the highest setting until a very thick and creamy mixture forms.
  20. 20. Divide the green mixture among four bowls.
  21. 21. Generously sprinkle the cooled granola over the bowls.
  22. 22. Slice the reserved apple quarters into very thin slices.
  23. 23. Decorate the bowls with the apple slices and the reserved spinach leaves.
  24. 24. Add additional toppings as desired, such as fresh berries, coconut flakes, or chia seeds.
