🥤 Green Smoothie Bowl with Homemade Granola

Ingredients
- oats, coarse 200 g
- agave syrup 6 tbsp
- peanut butter 4 tbsp
- sunflower seeds 2 tbsp
- cinnamon pinch
- baby spinach 250 g
- apples, red 3 pcs
- cucumbers 1 pc
- bananas 2 pcs
- lemons 1 pc
- oat drink 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Mix oat flakes, agave syrup, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- 3. Stir until all flakes and seeds are evenly coated with the butter and syrup.
- 4. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 5. Bake the granola for about 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Stir the mixture twice during the baking time.
- 7. Let the granola cool down completely so that it becomes crispy.
- 8. Wash the spinach and spin it dry.
- 9. Set aside a few small, nice leaves for decoration.
- 10. Put the remaining spinach into a blender.
- 11. Wash the apples and the cucumber.
- 12. Quarter the apples and remove the cores.
- 13. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
- 14. Set aside two apple quarters for decoration.
- 15. Cut the remaining apple quarters and the cucumber into pieces.
- 16. Peel the banana and slice it.
- 17. Squeeze the lemon.
- 18. Add lemon juice, oat drink, and all prepared ingredients (except the decoration parts) to the spinach in the blender.
- 19. Blend everything on the highest setting until a very thick and creamy mixture forms.
- 20. Divide the green mixture among four bowls.
- 21. Generously sprinkle the cooled granola over the bowls.
- 22. Slice the reserved apple quarters into very thin slices.
- 23. Decorate the bowls with the apple slices and the reserved spinach leaves.
- 24. Add additional toppings as desired, such as fresh berries, coconut flakes, or chia seeds.
