  1. 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl with cold water.
  2. 2. Mix the apple juice, lime juice, and honey in a second bowl.
  3. 3. Add green food coloring to the juice mixture if desired.
  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the grapes.
  5. 5. Remove the stems from the grapes.
  6. 6. Divide the grapes evenly among four glasses.
  7. 7. Gently squeeze the soaked gelatin.
  8. 8. Melt the gelatin in a pot over low heat for about one minute while stirring.
  9. 9. Add a portion of the apple juice mixture to the melted gelatin and stir.
  10. 10. Stir the gelatin-juice mixture into the remaining juice.
  11. 11. Distribute the liquid over the glasses with the grapes.
  12. 12. Let the jelly mixture set in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
  13. 13. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  14. 14. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod.
  15. 15. Heat 300 milliliters of milk, the vanilla seeds, the pod, and sugar in a pot over medium heat.
  16. 16. Bring the milk mixture to a boil.
  17. 17. Remove the pot from the heat.
  18. 18. Let the mixture steep covered for about 15 minutes.
  19. 19. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk.
  20. 20. Bring the milk to a boil again.
  21. 21. Whisk the starch into the remaining cold milk in a separate bowl.
  22. 22. Add the starch-milk mixture to the hot vanilla milk.
  23. 23. Simmer the vanilla sauce for about two minutes.
  24. 24. Let the vanilla sauce cool down.
  25. 25. Serve the green jelly with the vanilla sauce.
