  5. 5. Place the onion pieces into the mixing container.
  6. 6. Chop the onion for 4 seconds on speed 5.
  7. 7. Push the onion pieces down with a spatula.
  8. 8. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  9. 9. Sauté the onions for 2 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
  10. 10. Add the peas to the soup.
  11. 11. Add the vegetable broth.
  12. 12. Add the grated lemon zest.
  13. 13. Add some salt.
  14. 14. Cook the mixture for 15 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
  15. 15. Cut the bread into cubes of about 1 to 2 centimeters in size.
  16. 16. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium heat.
  17. 17. Fry the bread cubes for about 5 minutes until crispy on all sides.

  19. 19. Place the croutons on a plate with kitchen paper to cool down.
