🍲 Green Pea Soup

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- butter 1 tbsp
- peas, frozen 800 g
- white wine, dry 100 ml
- vegetable broth 1 L
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- whipping cream 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion, peel it, and chop it.
- 2. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, then sauté the onion with the peas for about 5–6 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, add broth, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Puree the soup, refine it with cream, and adjust the seasoning. Serve in bowls alongside bread.
