Ingredients
- green beans 1 kg
- eggs 4 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- Parmesan, grated 100 g
- oil 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the green beans under running water.
- 3. Trim off the hard ends of the beans.
- 4. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 5. Add salt, pepper, and the grated Parmesan to the eggs.
- 6. Mix the ingredients well until you have a uniform mixture.
- 7. Toss the beans in the egg-cheese mixture so they are completely coated.
- 8. Let the excess liquid drip off the beans.
- 9. Lightly grease a baking dish with some oil or butter.
- 10. Place the beans into the prepared dish.
- 11. Place the dish into the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the beans for about 25 minutes.
- 13. Remove the beans when they are golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Season the dish to taste with a little more salt and pepper if desired.
- 15. Serve the beans hot and enjoy.
