Ingredients
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- Maple syrup 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Thyme, fresh 15 g
- Sea salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and mustard to a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients well with a spoon or fork until they combine.
- 3. Rinse the fresh thyme sprigs under running water.
- 4. Pat the vegetables or meat dry to remove excess water.
- 5. Carefully strip the small thyme leaves from the woody stems.
- 6. Finely chop the thyme leaves with a knife.
- 7. Add the chopped thyme and a pinch of salt to the marinade in the bowl.
- 8. Stir everything vigorously again to ensure the flavors are well distributed.
- 9. Place the vegetables or poultry into the marinade.
- 10. Let the ingredients marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 11. Remove the vegetables or meat from the marinade and place them on the hot grill.
- 12. Grill the ingredients until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
- 13. Serve the grilled dish immediately and enjoy.
