  4. 4. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon halves.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
  6. 6. Mince the garlic very finely.
  7. 7. Wash the rosemary sprigs.
  8. 8. Shake the rosemary sprigs dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
  10. 10. Place the lemon peel, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary into a bowl.
  11. 11. Add the raspberries to the mixture in the bowl.
  12. 12. Add the olive oil to the bowl.
  13. 13. Stir all ingredients together.
  14. 14. Crush the raspberries slightly while stirring.
  15. 15. Place the fish or seafood into the marinade.
  16. 16. Let the ingredients marinate for about 30 minutes.
