Ingredients
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 2 pc.
- Rosemary, fresh 15 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Raspberries, fresh 30 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Finely grate the outer peel of the lemon.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon halves.
- 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 6. Mince the garlic very finely.
- 7. Wash the rosemary sprigs.
- 8. Shake the rosemary sprigs dry.
- 9. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
- 10. Place the lemon peel, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary into a bowl.
- 11. Add the raspberries to the mixture in the bowl.
- 12. Add the olive oil to the bowl.
- 13. Stir all ingredients together.
- 14. Crush the raspberries slightly while stirring.
- 15. Place the fish or seafood into the marinade.
- 16. Let the ingredients marinate for about 30 minutes.
