🍽️ Grilled Cheese with Fresh Lemon Dip

Ingredients
- Organic lemons 2 pcs.
- mint, fresh 10 g
- yogurt, plain 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- grilling cheese 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly under hot water.
- 2. Slice one of the lemons into thin rounds.
- 3. Finely grate the zest of the second lemon (about one teaspoon).
- 4. Halve the second lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 7. Place the yogurt in a bowl.
- 8. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice to the yogurt.
- 9. Add the grated lemon zest.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 11. Stir everything well until the yogurt dip is creamy.
- 12. Taste the dip one last time to adjust the seasoning.
- 13. Preheat the grill.
- 14. Place the grilling cheese and the lemon slices on the grill grate.
- 15. Grill the ingredients for about five minutes until they are golden brown.
- 16. Remove the cheese from the grill and place it on a plate.
- 17. Place the lemon dip next to the cheese.
- 18. Sprinkle the dish with the fresh mint leaves.
- 19. Serve the grilled cheese immediately and enjoy.
