  1. 1. Wash the tomato thoroughly and slice it thinly. Also wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the salad and drain it well. Trim the cress.
  2. 2. Spread each of the toast slices on one side with 1 tsp of soft butter and flip. Spread hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, and cress on 4 of the slices as desired. Cover with the remaining toast slices and press down lightly.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the grilled sandwich hot. Enjoy your meal!
