🍽️ Grilled Sandwich with Hummus

Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 1 pc.
- Mini cucumbers 1 pc.
- Salad mix 20 g
- Cress bed 1 pc.
- Whole wheat toast 8 slices
- Butter 8 tsp
- Hummus 8 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomato thoroughly and slice it thinly. Also wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the salad and drain it well. Trim the cress.
- 2. Spread each of the toast slices on one side with 1 tsp of soft butter and flip. Spread hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, and cress on 4 of the slices as desired. Cover with the remaining toast slices and press down lightly.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the grilled sandwich hot. Enjoy your meal!
