🍽️ Avocado Toast with Cheese

Ingredients
- Avocado 1 pc
- Salt pinch
- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- Toast bread 8 slices
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Cheddar sliced cheese 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. In a bowl, mash the avocado lightly with a fork and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- 2. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Flip the slices and spread the avocado mixture on 4 of them. Turn the remaining slices over and top them with cheese. Fold the toast slices together and press down gently.
- 3. Heat a skillet over high heat. Grill the sandwiches in the pan for about 3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted. Serve the avocado toast sandwiches hot.
