  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Brush one side of the bread slices with 1/2 tbsp butter. Then turn the bread slices and top each with one slice of cheese, then season with cumin and cayenne pepper. Fold the bread slices together and press down lightly.
  2. 2. Place the grilled cheese sandwich on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve. Enjoy your meal!
