🍽️ Crunchy Cheese Bread with Tomato and Basil

Ingredients
- Bread 8 slices
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2 pcs
- Basil, fresh 15 g
- Alpine cheese 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 4. Wash the basil and pat it dry carefully.
- 5. Pick the basil leaves off the stems.
- 6. Grate the mountain cheese coarsely.
- 7. Spread butter on both sides of four bread slices.
- 8. Place cheese, tomato slices, and basil on the bread slices.
- 9. Season the filling with pepper.
- 10. Cover the filled slices with the remaining bread slices.
- 11. Cut the sandwiches in half.
- 12. Wrap the sandwiches tightly in aluminum foil.
- 13. Place the wrapped sandwiches on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the sandwiches for about three minutes on the first side.
- 15. Turn the sandwiches and grill for another three minutes.
- 16. Remove the sandwiches from the grill and enjoy them hot.
