  1. 1. Add 400 grams of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 200 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of water, and half a teaspoon of salt into the mixing container.
  2. 2. Knead the mixture for 2 minutes on the dough kneading setting until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
  3. 3. Take the dough out and knead it briefly on a lightly floured work surface until it becomes completely smooth.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces and knead each piece briefly.
  6. 6. Roll each piece into a flatbread about half a centimeter thick.
  7. 7. Cover the finished flatbreads with a cloth until you are ready to grill them.
  8. 8. Preheat your grill.
  9. 9. Place the flatbreads on the grill and cook them for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
